The company has enjoyed substantial growth over the past few years and has now outgrown its old location.

"Our growth has created a need for more vehicles and equipment, which we didn't have much room for at our old facility," says Peyton Carr, Founder and CEO of AKVM Roofing. "The new property has nearly 6,000 square feet of open, outdoor space to accommodate our continued expansion and all that it entails."

As the staff settles into their new space, they're just beginning the process of making some much-needed renovations to the buildings.

"The buildings are great," says Carr. "We just need to put in the work to ensure that our offices are up-to-date and configured to perfectly meet the needs of our staff."

Other planned changes include adding digital signage at the front of the property, demolishing an existing outbuilding to clear more space for the company's growing fleet of vehicles, and building a new equipment maintenance facility, as well as a storage space for tools and materials.

AKVM's new headquarters in the Oneco area of Bradenton allows AKVM to easily serve customers located in both Bradenton and Sarasota.
