NetGain Technologies Announces CFO Retirement And Succession Plan

LEXINGTON, Ky. - July 29, 2021 - PRLog -- NetGain Technologies announced today that Rick Ward, Chief Financial Officer, has retired after a long tenure of service and leadership. Dwight Sawin was hired to succeed Ward as the Vice President of Finance.

Ward, who joined NetGain Technologies in 1997, led the organization and finance department through significant growth, including eight acquisitions that expanded the company into six different states. Through challenging times like Y2K, the 2008 recession, and, most recently, the global COVID-19 pandemic (https://netgainstage.wpengine.com/netgains-response-to-covid-19/), Ward's leadership ensured NetGain's ability to conquer any financial hardships caused by economic crises.

Prior to joining NetGain, Sawin was the Chief Financial Officer at Beneco, a specialty provider of retirement plans, compliance services, and employee benefits.  He has a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Rider University.
