NORWALK, Conn. - Aug. 6, 2021 - PRLog -- Yaffa Beauty by Rica, located in Norwalk, CT, established in 2017 is proud to announce that we are a proud partner with celebrity hair stylist Martino Cartier's charity called Wigs and Wishes, a 501(c) organization, he founded in 2011. His vision was to join forces with salons from around the globe to provide free wigs and hair services to women who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy. Currently, hundreds of salons from around the world that have taken the pledge to help women and children during their toughest battle.

Most of the time when a woman is diagnosed with cancer, her first question is not whether she will survive, but if she will lose her hair. Our goal is to spread the word of these complimentary services to people in the Fairfield County & Westchester County area. Wigs and Wishes has been able to provide thousands of free wigs and grant numerous wishes to people in need. We are honored to be a part of such an incredible organization. As hair stylists, we firmly believe how you look directly affects how you feel. An extra boost of confidence can help someone fight a little harder to win their battle against cancer.

In addition to providing free wigs, the organization also grants wishes to children battling cancer. Past wishes have been granted with the generous support from celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Paula Abdul, Shaquille O'Neill, Adam Sandler and countless others.
