VPS is Appointed by Acqueon to be a Reseller Partner to Bring Conversational Engagem

FAIRFAX, Va. - Aug. 11, 2021 - PRLog -- Enterprise app consultancy Vision Point Systems (VPS) became an Acqueon reseller partner to deliver omnichannel customer engagement solutions for sales, service, and collections to Twilio Flex customers.

Both VPS and Acqueon are long-standing partners with Twilio – the leading provider of programmable APIs for the contact center, including voice, messaging, and other channels. VPS has been an established Twilio systems integrator partner since 2013, and Acqueon added support for Twilio Flex for its Engagement platform in 2020.
