New SureChill's CEO to lead their charge in offering game changing cooling across Africa

CARDIFF, Wales - Aug. 25, 2021 - PRLog -- The Sure Chill Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Emilien DiGennaro as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 16 August 2021.

Emilien joins SureChill following the decision of Nigel Saunders, to transition to a Non-Executive Director role after a successful 8 years' leading the business.

With over 13 years' leadership experience, Emilien started his career at Ernst and Young. He very quickly moved into a series of commercial roles, initially with Procter and Gamble, then working with companies ranging from small start-ups to large multinationals.

Emilien has significant experience of developing businesses in Africa, most recently building up a Senegal and Mali business for PEG Africa, the leading provider of PayGo solar equipment in West Africa. In his time there, he grew the company from 5 employees to 200 enabling them to provide 20,000 households with life changing solar equipment, having achieved profitability in the first year of operations.

Emilien is truly a world citizen, having lived, worked, and studied in 8 different countries and having travelled in over 100 countries across all continents. His first African role was a director level position with Flour Mills of Nigeria. He subsequently broadened his exposure to West Africa by moving to Senegal with PEG Africa in 2018.

Emilien will be based in Nairobi but will be very mobile as SureChill grows its footprint in both East and West Africa and aims at being as close as possible to its partners and end users.
