Farzad Farzin was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran. In his youth, Farzad was an energetic and highly creative person who was blessed with a beautiful voice and loads of charismatic charm. He began his career as a performer in 2001 as one of the founding members of the band the Corouz Group. The group made a number of different singles that were released on the underground circuit, but he left the group for personal reasons before the release of their first album. Although he was no longer part of the group, he retained rights to each of the songs he wrote himself during his time with the band.

After this, he then moved on to make a name for himself as a solo artist and has been making music ever since then. It wasn't long until he started acting; he has now held several roles in both small screen serials and on feature films. One of the most pivotal roles he has played was in the wildly popular serial Mankan. In addition to acting in the show, he also happened to sing the opening track that can be heard at the start of each episode.
