, has gone public today in order to combat misconceptions about MK Ultra and its connections with the Monarch program, as well as to address the global COVID-19 situation that has left many confused and feeling helpless.
When asked why the organization would break cover after forty years working in secrecy the Director, Agent D, said "There are more things on Heaven and Earth than we can possibly ever comprehend, but a conspiracy regarding the release of a killer flu from a Chinese laboratory is not one of them."

, named it would seem to be somewhat tongue in cheek, https://control.wtf explains their motivations in much more detail, as well as what they hope to achieve such as a Library containing transcribed declassified documents and hard to find books. When asked why this was necessary given that the documents and e-books are freely available, Agent D replied, "They may be freely available but have you tried reading them? Badly scanned documents and bad fonts make it hard to focus on the text at hand, so we're going to fix that flaw. Eventually we will self publish the books on Amazon and record audio books as well."

Agent D is a professional WordPress developer and designer so he created the entire site himself in one night of inspiration. He confesses that as a member of the second generation of Control Intelligence Australia (https://control.wtf/)
and as the current Director that he feels the entire project has been his second life for over a decade now. All of the Operatives working for the organization have to work day jobs in addition to their Spy Craft.
As Control Intelligence Australia (https://control.wtf/)
is a small private agency with no Government funding, they are planning to sell merchandise emblazoned with their company logo to raise funds to support their efforts. They also hope to develop a following to form a community that will support the project now and into the future.
It's certainly an exciting prospect, a small private Intelligence Agency passing underneath the radar for forty years and two generations of Operatives having participated in its activities cataloguing and archiving declassified documents and interesting e-books. When asked for a final word on the project, Agent D simply remarked, "Well my final word would be the end of the project, but I don't plan to put an end to that for quite some time!"
