Scott Calato has been involved in the self-storage industry for over six years developing strategies for acquisitions, on-site management and operations for companies such as Simply Self Storage and National Storage Affiliates. Scott excels at establishing and executing key performance indicators and is a tremendous team builder. He shared, "I look forward to continuing my storage career and advancing the new operational standard StoreEase has set for the industry by transforming markets and wowing customers."

Melissa "Missy" Fuhrman, has over twelve years in roles such as facility management, leadership, development, and transitions.  She started her career with Capital Self Storage, has held roles as Head of Transitions for Prime Storage Group, and more recently was Transitions Manager for Storage Asset Management.  Missy and her teams have transitioned over three hundred storage facilities nationwide.  Fuhrman shared, "I love this industry and all the professional relationships I've made, including my peers, self-storage owners, and vendors. I am thrilled to bring my passion for self-storage to StoreEase."

Calato and Fuhrman are joining an impressively stacked leadership team with Josh Boyd as Chief Executive Officer, Cindy Ashby as Chief Operations Officer, Damon Emerson as Director of Sales, Paula Pruitt as Director of Training and Quality Assurance and Karla Childress as Controller.
