EDM star Tyler Garrett drops sixth EP

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 5, 2021 - PRLog -- Nothing is stopping electronic music artist Tyler Garrett from realizing his dream of reaching electronic music lovers everywhere with the power of dance music.

He hit the ground running in the midst of the pandemic with the release of the EP "Potential Love," followed by "Undertow," "Serenity," and his full-length album Morning Star.

Now, prolific electronic dance music artist is dropping yet another release.

"Runaway" is a new EP featuring six songs about the highs and lows of love and passion. The recording, officially released today on all streaming platforms, includes the tracks "Do You Remember?," "Runaway," "Stardust," "Rendition," "Count On Me," and "Focus."

Garrett is a South Carolina native who discovered a love of music as a teen, when he sang in multiple youth choirs.

The southern choir boy turned EDM composer and performer later began writing and producing his own electro-pop dance songs, eventually moving to LA to pursue his dream of creating electronic music professionally. To date, he has recorded close to 200 songs with this current producer in addition to collaborations with artists like British duo Siskiyou ("When the Tide Comes") and EDM artist Jeriqo ("You Have Me,") which has been streamed more than a million times.

Like Garrett's previous releases, Runaway reveals the maturity of a master songwriter honing his chops through dance melodies riddled with hooks and beats perfect for the dance floor. Each song is crafted to take anyone on a journey of romantic tension and release through the movement of music.

"I'm proud to create another studio album with a collection of songs that come straight from my heart and soul," Garrett said. "Runaway is my gift to the EDM community and a way to celebrate the joy of dancing together and enjoying life after a tough couple of years for everyone."
