Mr. Gibbs has proven experience capturing business and spearheading growth with DoD/DHS/Federal customers in the Information Technology industry. He has successfully managed several IDIQ contracts, and secured multiple task order awards of over $100M+. This background makes Ron ideally suited to lead S4's identification, qualification, capture and development of new opportunities, as well as the cultivation of our existing IDIQ vehicles (e.g. GSA MAS, OASIS, ITES-3S, STARS).
