AEI Consultants opens Reno office to support local and national demand within the commercial real estate industry

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Nov. 1, 2021 - PRLog -- AEI Consultants, a national environmental and property assessment firm serving the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, is expanding with a new office opening today in Reno, Nevada.

Increasing AEI's footprint to 21 offices in the U.S., the Reno location will provide a local presence in "America's Biggest Little City" to support clients in community development in Reno and serve as an important hub of national project managers supporting AEI's American Land Title Association (ALTA) Survey group.

"Reno's population is growing faster than the national average and so is the volume of CRE transactions and redevelopment. According to the National Association of Realtors (NARS) 2021 Q3 Metro Market Report for Reno, the city's overall economic conditions are stronger than nationally, as is the apartment, office, industrial, retail, hotel/lodging property market. Multifamily building occupancy rates continue to climb with the vacancy rate at 4.1 percent, and office vacancy rates are lower than nationally at 8 percent. Overall, the city's commercial real estate outlook is very positive.
