Northcreek Mob Holladay developed the 17,000 square foot medical office building, located in the Northcreek Business Park, in 2017. The multi-tenant facility is primarily leased to Goodlettsville Pediatrics, for whom Holladay completed a 10,000 square foot build to suit. Holladay Properties has been providing property and facility management services for the building since it was built. The firm will continue to manage the building through the end of the year.
