Briggs Development closes on new property in Pleasanton

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Dec. 10, 2021 - PRLog -- San Jose-based Briggs Development announced they recently closed on a property at 5775 W. Las Positas Boulevard in Pleasanton that includes a 39,436 square foot, single-story, concrete tilt-up building. Part of the Hacienda Business Park, a premier location for working and living in Northern California, this light industrial/flex building is currently vacant.

Briggs plans to renovate the building before reintroducing it to the market in early summer 2022.
