Family, Legal Team of Illegally Extradited & Jailed Paul Rusesabagina to Address Jan 17 Appeal

CHICAGO - Jan. 13, 2022 - PRLog -- The family and legal representatives of illegally extradited and jailed humanitarian Paul Rusesabagina will hold a virtual press conference on Friday, January 14th to address the appeal proceedings to be held in Kigali, Rwanda on January 17 in the case of  the unlawful extradition, arbitrary detention, and torture of Paul Rusesabagina and the subsequent sham trial.

In late August of 2020, the international human rights icon whose story of saving 1,268 people during the Rwandan Genocide was told in the film Hotel Rwanda, was flown against his will from his home in San Antonio, Texas, through Dubai, United Arab Emirates and to Kigali, Rwanda.

Members of the #FreeRusesabagina legal team and representatives from the Rusesabagina family will be on hand to discuss the lawsuit and answer questions.
