There are many benefits of becoming a new mom:

Joy in your heart.
Overwhelming feelings of love and warmth.
Your life has a brand new purpose.
You appreciate your mom more!
However many new moms feel like they need to do everything themselves. This can cause undue stress. New moms should always reach out for moral and physical support.

Because of the rigors of motherhood, it is often hard for new moms to bond with their newborns.

Most moms say that parenting is unbelievably rewarding even though it comes with sleep deprivation, breastfeeding difficulties
or coping with stress.

Most moms find their first six to eight weeks to be the hardest with a new baby.  A big one of these is getting used to new sleeping patterns.

Most babies don't start sleeping through the night (6 to 8 hours) without waking until they are about 3 months old, or until they weigh 12 to 13 pounds. About two-thirds of babies can sleep through the night regularly by age 6 months.

The mother-child relationship is vital for the healthy development of children. And mothers are not only caregivers; many are also breadwinners for their families.
