Professional football player, Justin Arth, partners with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity

ATLANTA - Jan. 20, 2022 - PRLog -- Professional Indoor Football player, Justin Arth, partnered with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and spent his morning of January 15, 2022 working on a current build that was in day 5 of it's renovation. This day of the build was all about painting the exterior of the house and mounting gutters around the roof.

Justin Arth has lived around Atlanta his whole life, other than his time playing collegiate football at Texas Wesleyan University. He is most recently signed to the Tucson Sugar Skulls in the Indoor Football League (IFL). As a student-athlete in high school, Justin volunteered with Atlanta Habitat with his teammates and coaches. Arth thought it would be great to get back to his roots and volunteer with AHFH again. He personally helped with the painting of the exterior and the cutting of the gutters.

"Volunteering my time and effort towards restoring a home for a family in need made the day enjoyable, but the people I met, the conversations had while on a ladder painting will forever stay in my mind as well," said Arth. "As a Christian, I believe in helping anyone who is in need, and it becomes even more special when I can give back to a family in and around my community and in a place that I've called home for many years. It also allows me to get out in the community and truly connect with them and build a fan base around me that can be a broader support system when I'm on the field. But just being able to help someone even if I wouldn't get recognition still fills me with joy and purpose. I encourage others to do the same! "
