Anvil launches online IS0 31030 Travel Risk Management benchmarking tool

LONDON - Jan. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- ISO 31030, the international standard for Travel Risk Management, provides guidance on how to manage the risks to organisations and their travellers, and sets out a structured approach to the development, implementation, evaluation and review of travel risk management policies and programmes, and the assessment and treatment of travel risks.

The online scorecard developed by Anvil's risk management experts, and believed to be the first of its kind, allows organisations to benchmark the effectiveness of their existing travel risk management programme against seven key areas highlighted as critical by the standard. These include:

• Managing their travel risk effectively
• How prepared they are to deal with major incidents
• The effectiveness of specialist support they may be reliant upon

On completion of the scorecard, responders will receive an instant personalised report containing an overall score and a breakdown of their score against key areas of ISO 31030.

The results provided will serve as a high-level indicator as to how well their organisation is performing against the standard and will help to highlight any shortfalls in their policies and programmes.
