Cheryl Ehlers becomes President of the Carlsbad-Oceanside Art League

CARLSBAD, Calif. - Feb. 14, 2022 - PRLog -- Ehlers is a Carlsbad resident of over 37 years, and previous retired from the City of Encinitas as the Assistant Arts Administrator.  We look forward to tapping into her vast knowledge of working with non-profits, event coordination, artist advocacy and resourcing. Presently she is involved in several communities and works closely with  many diverse non-profits encompassing the Arts, Cultural Arts and Veteran groups.

Cheryl's firm belief in giving back is rooted in her own family history, they were fearlessly outspoken civil right activists, and overcame the cultural barriers of the day, she uses her talents to make a difference in lives of those around her. "It not what you give, it is the satisfaction that you helped another human being, in some small way that counts."
