Axis Engineering Group, LLC Acquires Leader Engineering Fabrication

TOLEDO, Ohio - Feb. 21, 2022 - PRLog -- Axis Engineering Group, LLC (http://www.axisengineering.com/), a privately-held firm providing engineering and system integration services to manufacturing clients throughout the Midwest, recently announced the acquisition of Leader Engineering Fabrication in Napoleon, Ohio.

On Monday, January 31, Axis Engineering Group, LLC acquired select assets of Leader Engineering Fabrication and hired its employees. "We move forward as one team with our combined capabilities and expertise, enabling us to take on broader project scopes and be more competitive in many markets," commented Axis Engineering Group owner, Sean Thomas. "We will continue to operate out of both existing locations; Leader's Napoleon, Ohio location and Axis' Perrysburg, Ohio location." Axis will be moving their manufacturing operations to the 23,000 sq. ft. facility in Napoleon.

Axis Engineering Group, LLC has been working with Leader Engineering Fabrication, Inc. since 2019. Since that time, Axis has provided their full range of services to Leader and their customers (electrical engineering, PLC / HMI programming, vision system programming, etc.).

Leader offers precision machining, fabrication, custom machine design, and building, automation equipment. Leader specializes in testing and assembly machines for the die cast and machining industry by providing custom leak testers, gear presses, and trimming machines. Leader also has many successful projects in food processing equipment and general manufacturing and assembly.
