Overall according to the United States Census Bureau children homeschooling rose to 11.1% in 2021. In the Unified San Diego school system, the student absentee rate for 2022 is 16%; that's a 9% increase from 2020. With the new year of 2022, spring in San Diego will have many activities to offer children, for example the YMCA summer camp, and the Kids Zoo.
