Thursday at 7:30 PM EST (Let's Talk Thursdays with Dr. Kela) on her Instagram and Facebook account to discuss various topics facing teenage girls, parents, and trending issues. The series has been lauded by health professionals as well as parents and teens as they acknowledge Dr. Kela's passion to make a difference in the lives of teenage girls, focusing on girls of color and girls from less represented demographics. The dates for the four interviews this month are March 3, 10, 17, and 24.

Hahnemann School of Medicine in 1999 before returning to her home state of Georgia and completing her residency program at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. She specializes in family medicine and runs a successful practice in the metro Atlanta area, which is part of the Emory Healthcare System. Her goal is to inspire and motivate teenage girls to own their education and to find the resources they need to have the life they dream of living, no matter what their circumstances. WABE Atlanta National Public Radio, Closer Look with Rose Scott. She has spoken at bookstores throughout the Southeast. Dr. Kela was awarded top honors at the
