Prairie Represents Active Roofing in its Sale to Woodlawn Partners & Lightspring Capital Partners

("Prairie") is pleased to announce that Woodlawn Partners ("Woodlawn") and Lightspring Capital Partners ("Lightspring") have acquired a controlling interest in Active Roofing Company ("Active Roofing" or the "Company"). The Active Roofing management team will retain a meaningful ownership position in the Company. Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Active Roofing and was led by Tim Witt and Tom DeSimone of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
