SEATTLE - March 21, 2022 - PRLog -- Prior to March 4th, 2022 Laurie Jinkins' assistant, Tony Ivey, assured the Washington
State Tea Room that they would be at the office that Friday and would be present and
ready to take service of the documents.

Upon arrival Laurie Jinkins' office began to deflect and refuse service from the process
servers. The process servers were told that Jinkins' office would not be accepting
service and were told to drop the boxes of affidavits off at the mailing center to be
scanned for bombs and other potential threats before they would be accepted and the
mailing center would deliver the boxes of affidavits to Laurie Jinkins' office. When the
process servers arrived at the mailing center the documents were refused.
The last two weeks the Washington State Tea Room has been attempting to contact
Jinkins' office and has received multiple different answers on what to do. Tony Ivey has
stated there are three guidelines to communicate with Jinkins' office; email, the mail,
and in person communication.

The mail center has refused to accept the documents. When attempting to serve
Jinkins in person after making the necessary arrangements process servers were not
allowed to serve the documents and were met with House security. Emailing requires
the scanning of thousands of documents with no proof that the office has received the
documents.

Jinkins' office has repeatedly refused service over the last two weeks after assuring
they would accept in person service prior to March 4th. Tony Ivey told the Washington
State Tea Room that Jinkins is only concerned with the constituents with in her own
district and anyone outside of her own district, despite being Speaker of the
Washington State House of Representatives, is not her concern.

Later this week process servers will be serving another 30,000 affidavits to Washington
State leadership since they have not responded with in the time allotted by the Notices
of Claim which were served on March 4th, 2022. Visit our Facebook page for updates: https://www.facebook.com/WAstatetearoom/
