SCARBOROUGH, Ontario - April 4, 2022 - PRLog -- Kidney Conversations was created by Kyle Hockridge of KWM and Jonathan Traylor host of Hope with Jonathan. The two came together with their experience as kidney disease advocates, and also with dealing with kidney disease in their personal lives. Kyle is a kidney disease caregiver who is caring for his wife who has polycystic kidney disease. Jonathan Traylor is a kidney disease transplant recipient.

Both have been doing work in the kidney community and have come to realize that there was a missing piece for kidney patients. Kidney Conversations was born as a place for kidney patients their families and caregivers to find information about kidney disease, kidney organizations, and all other aspects of kidney disease through blogs, pdf, and videos.

Kidney Conversations breaks down kidney disease and educates in laymen's terms. Helping the kidney patient better understand their situation.

Kidney Conversations was created with the goal to Educate Inform and Inspire Kidney Warriors and their families.
