Lying Lawyer Jane M. Lyons is Going to Stop Your Social Security Benefit Payments

Judge Evans went on to state, "Ms. Lyons is clearly a desperate woman, who will do anything to win," while Judge Evans pointed to the D.C. Circuit's perplexing ruling that 20 C.F.R. § 404.1520(a)(5) does not state, "If you are already receiving disability benefits, we will use a different sequential evaluation process [at] § 404.1594(f) (https://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/cfr20/404/404-1594.htm#f)," in its per curiam Order on Appeal No. 21-5141 (Glass v. Kijakazi.) "Even a child could read that law correctly," said current local Judge Carter Black.

Many surmise, the D.C. Circuit's perplexing ruling in Appeal No. 21-5141 (Glass v. Kijakazi, (D.C. Circuit),) is less about Ms. Lyon's effectiveness as a liar; and more about protecting "sexual predators," as Appeal No. 21-5141 arose from a sexual assault by a doctor, and the D.C.
