How Domino's Pizza Celebrated Erick Lira's Manager of the Year Award with an LED Advertising Truck

DALLAS - April 6, 2022 - PRLog -- We had a new Domino's manager of the year based in Lewisville, Texas - Erick Lira and had to give a huge shoutout by giving him an LED digital billboard truck! We are proud to announce that Erick Lira was selected as the 2021 US Domino's Pizza Manager of the Year!

The award is based on a combination of the franchisee's overall performance in business and community relations. It is based on the performance of the manager and team and not on the franchisee's individual performance. The award was created to honor managers who have demonstrated outstanding and positive community involvement and have demonstrated outstanding business results.

Corey McKanna in Lewisville, Texas asked Bulldog Mobile Billboards to create a custom LED digital billboard truck that would show how proud they were of Erick Lira for maintaining such a great team and atmosphere even over the period of 2020 during COVID.

Erick will be awarded with a cash prize and trophy at a ceremony in Las Vegas during Domino's Worldwide Rally along with the recognition of being the outstanding manager of more than 6,500 store managers nationwide. One of the main reasons why Erick is so deserving of the award is because he is always the first to help others and always puts others before himself.

Erick was the only manager who took the time to give everyone the proper guidance they needed to prepare for the next shift. He also volunteered to work with his team in order to help them improve their skills.

Meanwhile, the team is always looking for ways to innovate and improve their systems.

One of the ways they do this is by building new systems that are easy to use and that can be implemented quickly. The systems are focused on ensuring that every customer is taken care of.

Corey said that one of the most important things to the success of Erick's is his focus on customer service. "We really believe that the customer is always right." Erick also strives to have fun in the business.
