LCR-Reader Multimeters Showing at Upcoming Trade Shows

LCR-Reader family of multimeters to attend three trade shows this spring at DMEMS, EDS and I2TMC.

WATERLOO, Ontario - April 13, 2022 - PRLog -- Siborg Systems Inc. debuted the LCR-Reader line of multimeters in 2014. The easy-to-use multimeters simplify component testing with fully automatic and high accuracy measurements. The family has expanded to include three other models, including the new LCR-Reader-R2 with 250 kHz test frequency.

These devices will be on display at three trade shows this May, including DMEMS Del Mar Electronics and Manufacturing Show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego, California, on May 5th and 6th. DMEMs is a design and manufacturing show as well as electronics and electrical goods.

On May 10 to 13th, 2022, Siborg will be at EDS Electronic Distribution Show leadership summit which brings together the movers, shakers and brightest minds that electronic component manufacturers, distributors and representatives have to offer.

Siborg will be at the International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference on May 16-19 in Ottawa,Canada. I2MTC is the flagship conference of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society. The show is dedicated to advances in measurement methodologies, measurement systems, instrumentation and sensors in all science and  technology.

LCR-Reader is a lightweight multimeter that combines a set of gold-plated test leads and automatic measurement selection. When a component is between the leads, LCR-Reader automatically determines the type of component and best test parameters with results instantly available on the display.

The LCR-Reader [https://www.LCR-Reader.com] offers the basics: automatic LCR and ESR measurements and 0.5% basic accuracy.

LCR-Reader Colibri model is LCR-Reader with the ability to select test frequency.

The LCR-Reader-MPA has a 0.1% basic accuracy, LCR/ESR measurements, up to 100 kHz test frequency, AC/DC current/voltage measurements, variable test signals, oscilloscope mode, easy open/short calibration, signal generator, automatic test reduction and more.

LCR-Reader-MPA Bluetooth gives MPA the ability to remotely record measurement values over Bluetooth; all values are exportable to a spreadsheet or database.

The new LCR-Reader-R2 [http://www.lcr-reader.com/r2.html] is based on MPA with upgrades including testing with a 250 kHz test frequency and Analog Signature Analysis, a troubleshooting technique that uses an AC sine wave across two points of an electronic component. R2 has a 0.1% basic accuracy and the ability to switch the test signal source resistance from 100 Ohms to 1.4 kOhms. Unlike MPA, this model does not include frequency meter, AC/DC current or voltage measurements, or oscilloscope mode.

Canada-based Siborg Systems Inc specializes in engineering software and hardware tools for semiconductor and electronics industry.

All Siborg's products are available on the LCR-Reader Store [https://secure.LCR-Reader.com/catalog] and Amazon marketplaces in Canada, USA and Europe.
