Bradford brings experience, versatility to Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield EOO role

CLEARFIELD, Pa. - April 21, 2022 - PRLog -- In one year since she joined the Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield team, Roberta "Bobbi" Bradford has utilized her decades of experience in senior care and nursing to make a significant impact.

Bradford most certainly will count on that experience and versatility in her new role as Executive Operations Officer at Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield, an IntegraCare senior living community.

"This role has been rewarding and has offered me the unique opportunity to engage with residents and families in a setting which encourages a supportive and healthy lifestyle in an assisted living community," Bradford said.

"My career has spanned different healthcare settings and transitioning to senior living has enabled me to use my clinical and business skills to provide a caring experience for residents and families."

Bradford has master's degrees in nursing and business administration as well as a Pennsylvania certificate in assisted living administration. She received both of her nursing degrees from Penn State University.

"Bobbi is an RN and has held many roles over many years in her nursing career, including President/CEO of a large post-acute hospital; nurse assessment coordinator; program director at a senior center; care coordinator; RN house supervisor; rehab hospital administrator; case manager; and even a professor at Penn State University," said Miranda Coulter, Director of Operations-Western Region for IntegraCare, which manages Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield.

Bradford took the role of Resident Wellness Director at Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield in April 2021.

When Coulter ascended to the IntegraCare Director of Operations role in December, Bradford replaced Coulter as Executive Operations Officer at Clearfield.

"Bobbi has really made a difference in our community," Coulter said. "She does really well at forming relationships with the team members, the residents, and their families."

Bradford resides in Cherry Tree and is married. The Bradfords have two adult children and four grandchildren.

Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield also welcomed Brittany Rougeux as Resident Wellness Director after the position opened due to Bradford's promotion.

"Brittany is an LPN who comes with a great knowledge and understanding of the geriatric population that she has gained through her experience while working as an LPN in long term skilled nursing settings and most recently as an account manager/LPN with a local home health agency," Coulter said. "Brittany has a great understanding of people and really works to build a cohesive team. She is very attentive to her residents and strives to make sure they receive high quality care.

"Brittany is a great addition to the Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield team and I look forward to supporting her at CCC," Coulter said.
