The Global City of Vietnam Strikes a Balance Between Biodiversity And Human Happiness

BAILEY, Colo. - May 13, 2022 - PRLog -- The Architectural Advisors for the building of the new all-inclusive neighborhood unveiled the Townhouse Masterplan, which shows the project's focus on giving unique and ecological design solutions.

Plans for a new all-inclusive neighborhood in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, have been revealed, showcasing the project's ability to strike the correct balance between biodiversity and human well-being.

Masterise Homes designed the new 117.4-hectare development project, named The Global City, and then appointed Foster & Partners as Architectural Advisors to oversee the construction of the magnificent architectural marvel.

The Global City is located in the An Phu neighborhood of Thu Duc City, providing easy access to the neighboring areas. According to the plan's details, the new city will have high-rise and low-rise apartments, villas, social housing, schools, clinical and surgical facilities, a 125,000-square-meter retail mall, and other amenities.

According to Masters Homes, residents will also receive premium care or be treated to the highest levels of hospitality.

"The Global City (https://duantheglobalcity.vn/) will offer first-class amenities & experiences to its citizens."Those are the times when you can enjoy Michelin-starred cuisine with your loved ones while sipping wine and tea in the city's magnificent surroundings."

Foster & Partners plans to unite five independent neighborhoods, all of which contain green areas such as parks and gardens, to create a fully biodiverse environment defined by smoothly connected buildings, landscaped public spaces, or sustainable community services.

The British architectural firm revealed that by employing brick & timber in the design of residential structures, it will preserve the local streetscape and the existing vernacular of Ho Chi Minh City.

With 1800 low-rise units and 10,000 high-rise units, the Global City is expected to be completed in 48 months. Foreigners will only be able to keep their property for 50 years, while Vietnamese nationals would be able to keep it for a lifetime.
