Follow on Google News | Hoffman Homes For Youth Celebrate New Transitional Living Program For Teens & Young Adults With RibBy: Hoffman Homes for Youth The new Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a county-funded program open to existing residents as well as other youth/young adults through the Office of Children, Youth, and Families. It will serve females ages 16-21 by providing the necessary skill development and support to help effectively transition them into the community setting. TLP services include Individual, group, and family therapies plus equine-assisted, art, and animal-assisted creative therapy options. It will also offer onsite medical services and vocational training/educational services on-site and in the community.
