Grand Central Brewhouse Hosts 'Show Your Pride' Beer Yoga June 22nd

DETAILS: Get moving with an upbeat cardio yoga session for this month's Beer Yoga, featuring curated jams from DJ Ekin, then finish out with a mellow vinyasa flow before having free time to roam the brewery. Spenny Lane, a local upcycled vintage clothing boutique, will also be joining in the festivities and will have some pieces from their collection.
