Industry Veteran Named VP of Client Services at Woman-Owned Coldwell Banker Premier Realty

LAS VEGAS - June 15, 2022 - PRLog -- Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, a prominent Las Vegas area real estate company with three offices and 300 agents, has promoted Allison Wax to Vice President of Client Services. While Allison has worked with Premier for four years, she was previously with another local broker for 14 years and worked in a variety of relocation and real estate industry-related roles. In her new role, she leads the company's initiatives to enhance both national and local sources of business such as corporate relocation, referrals, and affinity programs.

Allison's most recent role at Premier was the Director of Business Development & Client Relations, where she worked closely with local and national corporations and organizations to assist with their relocation and real estate needs. Her previous roles have prepared her to oversee the highly performing Client Services Division by providing her with strong leadership skills and the ability to connect with people. Her local expertise helps ensure that relocation management companies, brokers, corporations, and their transferees are being provided the most up-to-date resources and information streamlining the entire process and making it easier to achieve their relocation and real estate goals.

She is a proud member of the Relocation Director's Council.
