Charleston-based Event Professional Joins Elite International Charity Balloon Build

CHARLESTON, S.C. - July 2, 2022 - PRLog -- Charleston, South Carolina– Jill Shortreed, owner of Charleston Balloon Company has been invited to join as a Captain for an elite international Balloon Event.  She was chosen, along with a select handful of other top international balloon professionals as part of a talented team of balloon/event professionals tasked with creating a giant, immersive balloon experience at the Balloon Wonderland event in Orlando, Florida, all in aid of the charity Give Kids the World.

She will be using her design and leadership skills that she has developed and honed, as one of the top leading professionals in the industry over the last 25 years, to create several fantasy themed areas across nearly 30,000 sq. ft.  She will be leading 6 teams, consisting of almost 60 balloon artists at the Hyatt Cypress Regency Hotel in Orlando from July 11th through July 15th, 2022. "This event is one of the largest, most unique balloon projects for an amazing charity with some displays towering as high as 24ft!" states, Ms. Shortreed.
