Regent Surgical Health Names Robb Webb as Chief People and Experience Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - July 6, 2022 - PRLog -- Robb Webb has been named Chief People and Experience Officer for Regent Surgical Health – owner, operator, and strategic partner for physician-hospital ASC joint ventures nationwide. Webb has devoted his career to establishing, growing, repositioning, and transforming global organizations. As Chief People and Experience Officer, he will leverage his experience in reshaping and expanding companies to cultivate a high-performance organization and craft a purpose driven culture that will support Regent's ongoing growth.

Webb has served as CHRO for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Tenet Healthcare. During his tenure at Hyatt, the company was recognized as a Fortune Magazine 100 Best Places to Work, one of the 25 Best Multinational Places to Work, and one of the top 100 Best Places for Diversity. As Executive Vice President for Global Service Delivery at Citigroup Employee Services in New York City, he led the teams providing back-office support to their global workforce of more than 200,000 employees.

Webb recently completed a six-year term on the National Board of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation in Washington, D.C. He currently serves on the advisory board of directors for the Clifton Strengths Institute at the College of Business, University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and Arena Analytics, a Baltimore-based private company providing AI-based solutions to the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
