Martine Dowden to Deliver Keynote at Cincy Deliver

INDIANAPOLIS - July 14, 2022 - PRLog -- Andromeda Galactic Founder and CTO Martine Dowden will be a keynote speaker at this year's Cincy Deliver in Cincinnati, OH. Martine will be presenting Everyday Accessibility to close out the conference on July 29th, 2022 at 5:00 PM EST. Everyday Accessibility is a talk that reminds people that content is created daily: emails, documentation, code, venting on Twitter, and much more, and there are many small things that can be done to make this content more accessible. Yes, accessibility is very important, and we must make our websites and applications meet certain accessibility standards, but what about our communications? Martine will delve into the ways in which, especially when working remotely, we can make these communications more accessible for all.

Focusing on web interfaces that are beautiful, functional, and usable, Martine delivers products that adhere to WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 for accessibility and compliance. She approaches User Experience from both Art and Science, drawing from her degrees in Psychology and Visual Communications. Martine has worked as an artist, educator, and consultant since 2005. She stays active in the industry, teaching new developers at Eleven Fifty Academy, attending and speaking at conferences and meetups, and publishing the occasional blog.
