Halfacre Construction Company welcomes director of community and business diversity

Graham brings more than 20 years of experience advocating for disadvantaged business within Florida's Fortune 100 corporations. In his new role at Halfacre Construction Company, he will directly oversee outreach to minority, small and local businesses, consult with schools and local government agencies, and develop and execute policies that expand business practices, among other duties.

Most recently, Graham served as the supplier diversity officer for Hillsborough County Public Schools. During his time there, he created an unimpeachable record of service to the Minority Small Local Businesses (MSLB) of Tampa Bay, guided the spend with minority, small and local businesses to exceed $217 million, and crafted a program that reached and maintained record breaking utilization spends with MSLB for the seventh largest school district in the U.S.

In 2019, he was appointed as an advisor for the NFL Business Connect. Graham, along with his team, executed the minority inclusion program for Superbowl LV, making it a historic event both on the field and for the MSLB of Tampa Bay.

Graham attended the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business. He continues to serve the community on several boards, including the Minority Economic Development Corporation, Hillsborough Alliance of Black School Educators and NFL Business Connect.
