Wanda "Coach Wanda" becomes her own Student

Central Florida Athlete places 2nd Place in the NGA Amateur Extreme, Physique/Fitness Show

Wanda Copenhaver, most known as "Coach Wanda" competed in The NGA Amateur, Physique Show, which was held in Tampa, Florida.

Copenhaver 54, known best for her commitment to help others in their Health and Wellness Journey, become her own student. "Iv'e helped so many people over the years, getting a lot of healthy results for a lot of people, and I wanted to Challenge myself" Copenhaver said.

Coach Wanda who is an independent Herbalife distributor and is currently at the Corporate level of the companies marketing plan, (Millionaire Team) decided she had everything to include the best Nutrition in the World to compete in the NGA Amateur.

I've always been consistent with everything I do and the only thing that was missing were new challenges. Copenhaver said that she took everything she's learned her entire life and incorporated her Nutrition and Fitness, making them part of her training routine.

It's funny thinking back when I started trainings event. "I was trying to figure out when would I have the time to hit the GYM, Copenhaver said. "So i was hitting the Gym everyday, and never missed one time, even while on vacation" Once I committed to the event, I would not allow any distractions as I give %100 in everything I do.

I also made it public and there was no way I would let my friends and Clients down, as they all cheered me on with my everyday progress.  I would work everyday helping my people achieve their golas, and I would find myself in the gym, sometimes at 8pm, 10pm and even at midnight, Copenhaver said.

"Listen, Its all about being true to yourself and at the end of the day, we are only competing against ourselves"

Copenhaver stated she also relied on her Nutrition as she was determined and disciplined for here 16 weeks of intense training. So the hard work combined with the Nutrition and Workouts, Earned Copenhaver 2nd place in the NGA Extreme event.
