Imagine That Performance Announces Interim City Manager Agreement With Town Of Kenneth City, Fl

TAMPA, Fla. - Aug. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- Imagine That Performance, a growing consulting company focused on local government leadership, executed an agreement with the Town of Kenneth City to provide an Interim Town Manager along with a Leadership Transition Team to stabilize leadership after the previous Town Manager tendered his resignation.

The agreement, executed on June 8, 2022, features Rob Duncan, Managing Director of Imagine That Performance, serving as the Interim Town Manager in a part-time capacity. "We are excited to provide the Town of Kenneth City with the transitional leadership needed, with the immediate team focus on the budget process," said Mr. Duncan. "We recognize the importance of freeing the Town Council from the burdens of day to day operations so they can focus on budget and policy decisions."

Beyond Interim Town Manager day to day services, the agreement for municipal and management services also provides a complete Leadership Transition Team to Kenneth City.  Team members were assigned tasks that continued the preservation of the public's health, safety and welfare, including but not limited to:

• accounting and code enforcement solutions
• revenue analysis and professional services solution identification
• annual budget preparation and compliance
• interim town clerk

Members of the Leadership Transition Team are:

• J.P. Murphy, former Florida town manager
• Lisa Hendrickson, former Florida human resource director and assistant city manager
• Jocilyn Martinez, former Florida assistant town manager
• Michelle Lee Berger, former Florida town manager and three term elected official

The Town Council believed time was of the essence to ensure that the essential executive level functions were diligently discharged.
