"The Mann Act was designed to prevent human trafficking—but used to punish interracial relationships." - History Channel

Zoe Guy of Vulture Media reported that the indictment against Young Thug, and his comrades included data that pertained to possible criminal gang activity. These allegations led to 56 counts within the boundaries of the 1970 Rico Act. The Mann Act also known as the White Servitude Traffic Act of 1910 is a federal law that criminalizes the transportation of any female for the purpose of sex work or for a purpose that is considered immoral. In the case of Caminetti v. United States in 1917; this law was used because the couple in the investigation was married, and the husband as well as his married friend had intercourse with some other women. The two California residents were tried, and found guilty. The United States Supreme Court replied that fornication, even when approved by both parties involved, is considered immoral according to their standards of law. If the woman gave permission for the immoral behaviors; it is a possibility that she could be charged with a crime as well. The Mann Act law was not well known, but it was common for unethical sexual behaviors, and so federal prosecutors could use this law on anyone that they felt threatened by. But the Amendment of 1978 States," any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense." On the day of July 21, 1931, a known starlet called Louise Rolfe McGurn was charged, and sentenced for violating the Mann Act. The couple involved claimed they were married while traveling to Florida, but they were not officially. Jack McGurn was transported to serve time at the federal prison at Leavenworth, Kansas Was the Mann Act chosen to protect or destroy American lives? The Racketeer Influenced, and Corrupt Organizations Act became a law in the year of 1970. In its guidelines 20 years is required as a maximum penalty, and a fine of $250,000. But for crimes that involved drugs or homicide; the sentence could be life imprisonment. According to William L. Anderson, and Candice E. Jackson of The Independent Review, this law has surpassed its original intent, and now federal prosecutors are using it as a weapon against most established businesses. Are the Rico, and Mann laws unethical, torture, and unconstitutional?
