Cubo Sheffield Celebrates Its First Anniversary

SHEFFIELD, U.K. - Sept. 6, 2022 - PRLog -- Leading flex office provider Cubo has celebrated its first anniversary in Sheffield.

In 2019, the company was shortlisted by Sheffield City Council to operate a high-end serviced office offer within the heart of its city regeneration scheme with its strategic development partner Queensberry.

Despite the challenges faced by the pandemic, Cubo Sheffield opened its doors on Carver Street in Summer 2021 following a £3m investment.

Over the past 12 months, the workspace has welcomed over 250 new members and reached 85% capacity. Businesses who already call Cubo Sheffield home include Sheffield Chamber, Arcadis, BJSS and Logica Digital.

The four-storey, 34,000 sq. ft building, which forms part of the £480m Heart of the City II scheme, can accommodate more than 600 desks in a variety of co-working spaces and private offices.

Members benefit from a variety of other services and facilities including meeting rooms, large communal spaces, private areas, chill-out areas, kitchens, networking events and an inclusive barista service and beer on tap.

A stunning external roof terrace with panoramic views over the city's skyline is open to all members.

Cubo was founded in 2020 by property developers Marc and Rebecca Brough and is rapidly establishing itself as the leading provider of high-end flex office and co-working space in the East Midlands and Yorkshire with a presence in Sheffield, Leeds, Derby, Nottingham and the highly sought-after Paradise Birmingham.
