Children's author C. Ariane Durden to hold book signing at Nubian Bookstore

ATLANTA - Sept. 29, 2022 - PRLog -- C. Ariane Durden, the author of the award-winning book Becoming a Superhero, will be doing a book signing on Friday, September 30th, 2022 from 1 pm - 7 pm at the Nubian Bookstore in Morrow, GA.

Inspired by First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move Initiative with a Foreword by Lee Haney, Past Chairman of the President's Council on Sports and Fitness, Becoming a Superhero encourages kids to eat healthily and exercise through play to fight childhood obesity. The idea stemmed from Ariane's background as a nutrition educator who has spent the last decade advocating for health and nutrition.

Becoming a Superhero has received two Independent Press Awards, which are given to "those who exhibit the courage, innovation, and creativity to bring about change in the world of publishing.

Softback copies are $15.00 and hardback copies are $14.99.
