CDI Global Guides Successful Acquisition of PerformanX Specialty Chemicals, LLC by Stepan Company

NORTHBROOK, Ill. - Sept. 30, 2022 - PRLog -- CDI North America are pleased to announce another successful sell-side transaction. Stepan Company announced the completion of its acquisition of the surfactant business and associated assets of PerformanX Specialty Chemicals, LLC.

The acquisition includes intellectual property, commercial relationships, and inventory. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
