The Smithtown Historical Society will host an evening of lively banter discussing Long Island's fine dining scene with a side of unrefined behavior as documented in Chef Schaudel's second book, A Second Helping-Whining and Dining on Long Island

SMITHTOWN, N.Y. - Oct. 3, 2022 - PRLog -- Laugh out loud on Tuesday, October 11th, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Join Chef Tom Schaudel at the Smithtown Historical Society's Frank Brush Barn for the 2nd program of SHS's Fall Lecture Series.

Tom Schaudel has been referred to as Long Island's son. A prolific chef with over two dozen restaurants and culinary businesses credited to a half-century career as a chef/owner. In addition, Schaudel has authored two books, is a talented musician, and the host of the weekly food, wine, and lifestyle radio show Playing with Fire/Whining and Dining on the Gold Coast on104.7FM WHLI.
