Family First Center of Lake County's Toys for Tots Registration

Family First Center of Lake County is a non-profit organization whose mission began 22 years ago, and it is to "Nurture, educate, and provide opportunities within the community by placing emphasis on rebuilding the family, repairing division, and developing strategies to empower change to create a strong family support system.". Family First Center reaches those goals by aleviating every day stressors by providing services such as rent assistance, mentoring, mental health services, and providing free activites that the whole family can atttend.

Family First Center of Lake County has partnered with United States Marnine Core as an idividual family liaison for Toys For Tots the past twelve years. Each year Family First Center of Lake County services aproximetly 9,000 children and 3,500 families. The agency receives, sorts, bags, and distributes the toys to families each holiday season. Not only do the children benefit from our distribution, the parents do as well. The program relieves the stress for parents to be ale to have gifts under the tree for their kids, and allows the whole family to enjoy the holiday through laughter and quality time.

We are proud to announce the 2022 registration for Toys for Tots will be from October 17^th until December 5th. All families will have to do is click this link https://forms.gle/K487HseRdMFQ2bNSA  and complete the form. They will need to provide additional documents such as IDs for Adults, Birth Certificates for all children, proof of residency (medical card/utility bill), and proof of income/government assistance. Once registration has ended, those that signed up will be given the distribution location and date to receive their child's toys.
