Feldman Shepherd Attorney Bethany Nikitenko Presents CLE on Damages

PHILADELPHIA - Nov. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Feldman Shepherd partner Bethany R. Nikitenko served as a speaker at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Personal Injury Law Conference 2022 held via webcast on October 20, 2022. Nikitenko presented on Consequential, Punitive and Mass Tort Damages.

At Feldman Shepherd, Nikitenko represents individuals and families who have been catastrophically injured by medical malpractice, auto and motor vehicle accidents, unsafe buildings, defective products and sexual abuse.

She has served on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association since 2021. In addition, she is a member of the Development Committee for Women Against Abuse and is on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Jewish Committee. The First Judicial District of Pennsylvania has recognized Nikitenko on its annual Pro Bono Role of Honor every year since 2016. Most recently, she was honored by Philadelphia VIP with its Champion award, in recognition of her pro bono work on behalf of VIP clients in debt collection defense and tort/auto accident defense cases.
