Leadership Council for Healthy Communities Presents The Hope and Wellness Summit

WASHINGTON - Nov. 3, 2022 - PRLog -- The Leadership Council for Healthy Communities is proud to bring The Hope and Wellness Summit to Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (4611 Sheriff Rd. NE, Washington, DC 20019) for the first time. The Hope and Wellness Summit will feature a gospel performance by Y'anna Crawley of BET's Sunday Best, healthy eating workshops presented by certified nutritionists, and panel discussions from community health leaders on addressing COVID infection rates, diabetes, obesity and health disparities in communities of color.
