New Strategic Planning Workshop for Volunteer-Driven Nonprofits

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Nov. 15, 2022 - PRLog -- VolunteerPro, the industry leader in strategic management for volunteer-driven organizations, is excited to announce a brand-new workshop intensive for the nonprofit sector: VisionWeek 2023.

VisionWeek 2023 is a virtual one-week "boot camp," December 5-9, designed for nonprofit leaders, community engagement staff, leaders of volunteers and their teams to proactively build out a full 2023 volunteer strategy for their organization with the expert guidance and instruction of VolunteerPro founder Tobi Johnson.

VisionWeek includes a combination of live instruction, daily leadership tutorials, and live co-working sessions, along with a pop-up VisionWeek community to collaborate with other nonprofit leaders and share ideas. The goal is at the end of the five days, a complete – and concise – strategic plan for engaging volunteer talent in place for each participating nonprofit organization.

Registration is $49 per person or free with a VolunteerPro Premium Community Membership (of $49 per month), and teams (of both paid and volunteer staff) are highly encouraged to register and develop their strategic plans together. Team discounts will be offered.
