AKCP Announces AKCPro Server V16

CHICAGO - Nov. 17, 2022 - PRLog -- AKCPro Server is a best-in-class DCIM software package. Taking the essential features of a typical DCIM and condensing them into an easy-to-use interface for small to medium-sized data centers.

Typical DCIM programs can be bloated and difficult to use, requiring weeks of training and months to become familiar with all their features. Not to mention, they come with a hefty price tag. AKCPro Server is a low-cost entry point for data centers looking to implement a DCIM at a reasonable cost.

AKCPro Server is free for an unlimited number of racks and up to 4 AKCP base sensor units. Virtual sensors to monitor third-party devices are priced at $1 per year. More than 4 AKCP base units are priced at $25 per year for SP1+ and SP2+. $50 per year for SPX+ and SP-WTS.

That is not to say AKCPro Server is not a powerful tool. It features 3D data center visualization and drill-down mapping from a world view to a cabinet view in a few clicks. Asset management, data center capacity planning, customizable desktops, graphing, reports, comprehensive notifications suite, user management, access control, IP video camera feed integration, event playback, and more.

It is tightly integrated with AKCP's base units and sensors. Graphically display cabinets with AKCP thermal map sensors to visualize front and rear temperatures as well as ∆T of your racks. Management of all your AKCP base units from a single user interface. Upload firmware, configurations and create backups of your in-field AKCP devices.

• New rearm calculation. Show real sensor status with rearm indicator icon.

• Add support notification macro DATE, TIME_ZONE.
