Killeen, TX – In 2020, the second biggest worry of military spouses was time away from their family, which came in just below couples' worries about military employment, according to The Military Spouse Experience, Current Issues and Gaps in Service. CEO and master life coach Dr. La'Quita Monley is looking to help ease these worries with her latest book.

The retired military wife is excited to announce her latest project, an anthology entitled Commissioned By Covenant. The book will share Dr. Monley's story as a military wife and will also feature the trials and testimonies of other military spouses. Commissioned By Covenant is made to give understanding to individuals who go through the ups and downs of having a military spouse.

While many might think deployment is a military family's biggest concern, the fear of being relocated is only one of their many worries.  In the Penn State study, researchers found that employment (56%), time away from family (46%), and children's education (42%) were military spouses' main concerns.

Dr. Monley certainly has her own story to share having been an army wife for 24 years. "Emotional intelligence equips us to love in word and deed."

Currently, the visionary is looking to partner with fellow military spouses as co-authors who are willing to tell their unique Christ-Centered stories of sacrifice. This opportunity allows individuals to share their stories of overcoming the fight of having a partner in the military.
