The talent of Alex really shines with his approach. This particular house has got 3 offers on it in 14 days during the Christmas / New Years Holidays. It is close to the vendors price, however the Vendor believes in Alex and his talent to obtain just a bit more for the property.

Alex also does a lot of investment properties, and can sit down for free, and strategically come up with a plan.
